Privacy

This covers the website at cyberdialect.com. It is short because the site collects very little. BP Portal, at law.cyberdialect.com, has its own policy.

What the site collects

• The note form. Your name, your email, and anything you type in the optional line. It is sent to info@cyberdialect.com by email and is not stored in any database on this site.
• Booking a call. The calendar is Google Calendar's appointment page, embedded here. The name, email, and anything else you enter there go to Google and to me as a calendar invitation, under Google's privacy policy.
• Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. These record things like the page, the referring site, your browser, and an approximate location. They are not used to identify you, and no names, emails, or phone numbers are sent to them.

How it is used

To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. It is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers the note form's email. Google runs the calendar and Google Analytics. Each handles data only to provide that service.

Deleting it

Email info@cyberdialect.com and ask. I will delete what I hold about you and confirm when it is done.
