These terms cover your use of the website at cyberdialect.com. Work for a client is governed by the written proposal and agreement for that project, not by this page.
The website
The site describes what Cyberdialect builds and how a project runs. It is information, not an offer that binds either of us. Prices, scope, timelines, and targets are set in writing for each project.
The guarantee
The guarantee described on this site, “Agreed target or your money back, measured over 60 days from launch”, applies to a project only as written into that project's proposal, including the agreed target and how it is measured.
Content
The words, design, and code of this site belong to Cyberdialect. Client quotes are used with the client's permission. The calculator on the home page is a rough planning tool, not a quote or a promise of savings.
Links
The site links to other sites, including client websites and Google's booking page. Cyberdialect is not responsible for their content.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
